Product Description

Condenser coils are used to reject heat from an air-conditioning or refrigeration system. Sometimes they are used with the intention to heat air streams. They are one of the four main components in the refrigeration or air-conditioning cycle. Refrigerant enters as a superheated gas and condenses in the coil tubes as the air is heated. The refrigerant leaves the coil as a liquid. Condenser Coils come in a variety of shapes and sizes, but there are some properties that are common in most condenser coils.

1. Material: copper, aluminum, galvanized plate.

2. Copper pipe: diameterΦ7, Φ7.94, Φ9.52, inner grooved or smooth tube.

3. Aluminum foil: hydrophilic or bare

4. Fin type: louver fin, flat fin, corrugated fin

5. Pitch of fins: Ø7 1.1~1.8mm Ø7.94 1.4~2.0 mm Ø9.52 1.4~2.3 mm
